Auto Emission Reduction

As the initial emission will be at 1 EEVEE per block, we understand the possibility of inflation.‌

To maintain the value of EEVEE, we have incorporated an automatic function that reduces the emission rate by 5% every 8 hours. This will continue until the emission rate reaches 0.1 EEVEE per block.
